Resolves to yes if on 1 January 2035, Google or a successor business continues to actively market Android as a Google product.
It's possible that Android continues on as an open source project that is largely independent of Google and isn't marketed as a Google product, perhaps with some small amount of Google sponsorship - this won't count, and I'll use my judgement to determine that.
