Pageviews Analysis is a tool that counts the number of pageviews on every article on Wikipedia.
This question resolves YES to the above-listed world religion which is viewed the most in 2025, using Pageviews Analysis. I will count all platforms (desktop and mobile) for the English speaking version of Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org), using the "users" setting (so excluding web crawlers and other automated views), and I will count redirects.
For example, in 2024, Islam was the most viewed Wikipedia article:
