Resolves to whichever coding agent i consider to be the most popular by January 1, 2027, informed by MAU, subscriber counts, amount of tokens processed, etc. I might resolve through a poll if i feel like it is too close.

To be considered a CLI coding agent:
- It has to run on the terminal
- It has to have the ability to edit, create and delete files by prompting it using natural language
