This is my current reading list (in order). Feel free to add suggestions for what I should read. I have the right to N/A anything I don't want to read. Happy to answer any questions about what books I like, but assume I'm selecting for books I would enjoy.

I'll only read someone else's book rec if its probability is above 50%

Could you list 5-10 books that you've read and enjoyed?

@TheAllMemeingEye Sure, here were the last group of books I read

  • Doing Good Better (MacAskill)

  • Going Infinite (Lewis)

I just got into rationality recently, so I'll list some fun ones from a month ago:

  • 1984 (Orwell)

  • Animal Farm (Orwell)

  • A Very Punchable Face (Jost)

  • Basket Case (Hiaasen)

@notrealDonaldTrump thanks :)

Would you be up for me adding any of these?

  • Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari

  • Our Mathematical Universe by Max Tegmark

  • Animal Liberation (Now) by Peter Singer

  • Superintelligence by Nick Bostrom

@TheAllMemeingEye Sapiens is actually on my list, I'll add it to the market but I can't promise I'll get to it soon. Feel free to add the other ones (they sound interesting) but I can't promise I'll read them. If I don't I will resolve N/A of course.

@notrealDonaldTrump 80k might not be "fun" per se, but I would still hugely recommend it for its usefulness in life

@TracyHarms Thanks for the recommendation but I'm not really a scifi guy
